Jazalla's solution features an efficient and secure 3-match invoice verification and payment system to help you have greater control over expenses. The system ensures that the items ordered in the purchase order, the quantity received by the buyer, and the amount invoiced are all accurate. 

 

Once products are delivered and received by the buyer, a delivery receipt notice is immediately issued to start creating an invoice – which can be generated automatically in pdf format or electronically for easy scanning, tracking, and payment.

 

Delivery Tracking

Jazalla's delivery management solution has a two-way matching feature to help ensure that you only pay for what was actually ordered and received. The system will also keep track of received orders and assign items to specific locations in the inventory management system, helping you make sure that future deliveries arrive on time and at the correct location. 

 

Finally, payment of invoices can be done outside the platform through transfer of funds from one bank account to another.

 

Additionally, vendors can manage invoices efficiently with confirmation of paid invoices that have been approved for payment as well as those still awaiting approval.
